Mediocre job with some very good peope

Pros

- lots of learning opportunities - often challenging work - working close to new developments in business and tech - working alongside to young and very talented people - learning people skills

Cons

- terrible work-life banlance - lots of ad hoc responsibilities that are hard to juggle - lots of burn ousting the team - result oriented culture rather than people oriented creates toxic situations very often - salary is very low compared to the workload and responsibility
