Pros

Very ethical, high degree of respect for the individual, strong culture and values, very global in approach, action oriented organisation.

Cons

Overly process focused, straitjacketed approach in solutioning (vs. creative non-linear approaches), strong internal culture which outsiders often find difficult to adapt to.

Pros

Good money. Might be a future in it when aiming at management level.

Cons

Not good if you have any experience. If you have a lot of experience forget it unless you want to hit the management track, and then plan to work away from home. It's their business model, which makes them a lot of money if you can make sacrifices and might be a little dull for those used to a very fast paced environment.
