Pros

Accenture provides a wide range of opportunities for its employees to build deep functional, industry and technical skills. Over a period of time you also create an extensive business network both within the organisation and with clients. This gives employees a superb base from which to build their careers.

Cons

Leadership skills are mixed and not the best in all parts of the organisation. Management training is virtually non-existent with most focus on functional and technical delivery and sales.

Pros

The training and over all atmosphere that is created which helps you settle in easily. A lot of senior management guiding you. The learning tool really helps one if they know what to learn and how to. Would I go back ? Yes.

Cons

Partiality in terms of promotions. Sometimes over looked when you raise a hand to do a certain job
