Pros

Accenture is a large company with a ton of opportunities if you work in the consulting workforce and if you are not afraid to make personal sacrifices.

Cons

Accenture is saddled with policies and procedures that reduce employee creativity and one's sense of identity. Moreover, because it is such a large company, it is easy to get lost in the shuffle at Accenture if you don't have an advocate.

Pros

Smart People, Many engaged associates, Varied and expansive client list, opportunity to grow if you fit the success metrics they have setup.

Cons

While the projects are interesting, there is never an 'end' to it all. There are always activities you could be doing to extend yourself and your career. Work Life-Balance is nearly impossible in the Consulting practice.
