Pros

Professional growth, diversity of work, great experience builder across diverse industries and assignments, highly skilled co-workers, team-based problem solving

Cons

Opportunity and reward for becoming a partner continues to be very limited. The carrot used to be really large and the effort required to get the carrot seemed a fair trade, but that has changed. The effort to get there is higher, the carrot smaller. Work life balance is up to the employee to balance, but that is difficult given management demands.
