Pros

It really shows and has set the standard as a 21 billion dollar company in India. Not Bad compensation. Creates a brand value for you Fair place to work completely depends on the Project Management. The US version of the company is really good and dont assume that is the one you find in India. Free place to work. Dont have to salute the security.

Cons

Stick to the policies to a worst extend that does not consider Employee as a human being. Hugly vast that management sometimes wont be able to pay attention to each employee matters to the set down standard. The Indian version of the company is not good to the level of the top MNCs in India.

Pros

Excelllent performance feedback delivered every 6 months, with clear expectations on skills required to proceed to the next level in the company.

Cons

You have to keep reapplying for jobs every few months as projects finish and then begin again. Gives a sense of job security but with a nagging doubt about what the next opportunity will be...

Pros

If you are willing to take on more responsibility they are usually willing to dish it out. Great place to build a foundation for your career and get hands on experience with many technologies. Many benefits of working for the company from great amount of PTO to having a quality pedigree name on your resume.

Cons

As a place that pats itself on the back for building a great "work/life balance", you must define and stand up for levels of work/life balance you are comfortable with or they will walk over you and leave you with no 'life' part of the equation. management is very good at gauging how much they can push you before you hit a threshold and will constantly dance around it. Yearly performance review process is flawed from the start and forces leadership who is unfamiliar with your work to vouch for you in the laddering process - like many things in life, those who know how to manipulate the system progress their careers.
