Pros

The people at this company are exceptional. Each of the projects you work on will help you develop perspective and improve your own skill set when you are ready to move on. The travel opportunities can be very exciting and the variety of clients that you are asked to work with is very diverse.

Cons

You might get stuck working on one client doing work that is not in your area of interest. All of your colleagues are stack ranked against you, so the annual process can be a brutal time for some of your friends. Overall the company has a good record of placing you in stretch roles when you are ready, but will sometimes keep you in these roles after you start to get bored with the work.
