Pros

Accenture continues to be a thought leader in many areas. As a company they value innovate ideas to provide value for clients. They also do a great job at hiring the best and brightest talent. They've been flexible about work/life balance needs, but I rely primarily on my network instead of the formal HR channels for approval regarding flexible work schedules or time off.

Cons

Although significant work has been done in recent years to build "landing spots" in a formally up or out culture, continued focus needs to be put on allowing a focused/driven workforce to take "time out" for family needs. Loyal employees will typically re-join uber-demanding client work as soon as their personal life allows.
