Pros

It's well known, that's a positive right. They do have resources for self study and improvement and you can build a deep network there.

Cons

Everything else, overall i didn't like my experience there. Pay was low, chance for advancement was based on some quirky peer regional system, and the majority of the assignments in my region were uninteresting.

Pros

Challenging environment, interesting projects (if staffed to one), huge global network in a true global company. Early transfer of responsibility.

Cons

limited influence on project assignments (decided mostly only be leadership), bad work-life-balance if staffed to an out-of-town project, lower salary as with competitors
