Pros

25 days of paid time off upon joining the firm + 9 holidays. Management is usually pretty flexible on scheduling long (2+ weeks) of paid time off for extended travel. Accenture's best asset are its people. Throughout my career at Accenture I have been impressed by the number of bright, intelligent and dedicated individuals I've had the pleasure of working with

Cons

Long hours and compensation adjustments limited to once a year in consulting. Senior Management tends to bite off more than they can chew and it definitely has ripple effects downstream, for example long hours with little overtime pay and unrealistic deliverable schedules. Accenture does not provide tuition reimbursement or any form of advanced study opportunities.
