Pros

Accenture is a great place to learn about delivery. This is what Accenture does best, delivering tough projects to tight timescales. It is a very hard-working place and people are expected to contribute - Accenture is not a place to "cruise" and tolerance of failure is low. Knowledge sharing is good within the Company, and there is good cooperation between different offices where this is required to serve clients.

Cons

At Accenture it is all about commitment to the client (and the consequent growth of Accenture itself). This can put great strains on the individual worker and there is an unspoken (sometimes spoken!) assumption that 'the job comes first'. The reason people tolerate this is the significant rewards for those who make it to partner (now "Senior Executive"), and the reasonable expectation that ex-Accenture staff are valued in the market place
