Accenture provides a great work environment The workforce is pretty diverse Solid benefits Many locations and opportunities to work in different places Upward mobility

Cons

Biggest concern is lack of tuition reimbursement. A large portion of training is in house to save costs. Accenture certifications are recommended that won't be useful if you decide to leave the company at any point.

Good facility, can learn many things

Cons

Cross trained your technologies and you are supposed to work like expert in that trained technologies. if you are buttering manager you will get promotions, good hike otherwise going to out. instead of client appreciations you can go in PIP. Lots of politics in Accenture i think it should declare a political party
