Management listens to employees and has their best interests at heart. The company also provides generous PTO (including a paid day off for your bday!) and comprehensive benefit options. The culture at Access One is also great - employees/teams are always willing to help and support each other.

Cons

More emphasis/focus on job training and career planning may be beneficial.

Location is great, close to downtown.

Cons

The most recent COO really turned the company around and transformed the organization from a small-time telecom to a world-class MSP. Since his departure in 2019, the company has been on a downward spiral with constant re-orgs.
