Pros

Fun place to work. Some of my best friends were made at Access One and will continue to be friends for life. The current COO is the best boss I've ever had, some of the previous poor reviews I read were under the prior COO's leadership. The owners of the company are awesome and give of a casual vibe that can be felt throughout the company. Small company gives off the family feel.

Cons

Parking can sometimes be a hassle but that is downtown Chicago for you.

location is in a good area and close to public transporation and good restaurants. This is one of the only pros about the company

Cons

Poor management and very little insight into how a company should operate. The former COO was a poor executive and had no concept about how to grow the business.
