Pros

Coworkers, remote work schedule, flexible with time off

Cons

Revolving management. While i worked there i worked under three different managers. Limited Opportunities to advance. May people were promised other roles but were strung along. Average to Below average pay Often overworked. Consistently promised that things would get better but those promises never panned out No clear goals as a department. There is some training but it does not prepair you for the work you need to do. Workflows are constantly changing. When you finally get into a grove something is always changed and takes awhile to get readjusted. Made many promises that were never kept. Did not know what to believe most of the time.

Pros

Not a lot. Hybrid-work schedule. Co-workers are pretty cool. I guarantee you can find a better job at a better business than this.

Cons

Disorganized and theres no leadership. Alot of people are leaving like president and cfo and the new business they used to talk about isn't happening. Office has been falling apart and it's gotten alot worse. Passive aggressive paper signs are taped all over the place. 401 k isn't good. Management doesnt care about employees and made us come back to the office before covid vaccines was available. Raises aren't good.

Thank you for your feedback! We have certainly had some recent resignations that correspond with the current labor trends all organizations are facing; however, it has allowed internal staff to step up and take on leadership roles. Creating a positive employee experience is our top priority at Access One. We continue to create and roll out additional people programs that have included a tuition reimbursement policy, learning platforms and training to encourage continued career growth. Collaboration and Culture is very important to us, so we called all employees to return to the office 4 times a month in a staggered schedule in mid-April when vaccines became widely available to all adults. This approach helped foster increased communication between departments to better service our clients while following all OSHA and CDC guidelines. I’m also happy to report our organization has had no inter-office Covid transmissions due to our diligence. Any employee who expressed concern on not having both doses of the vaccine were allowed additional time before returning to the office. We continue to evaluate all benefits provided to our employees and continue to benchmark across the industry to remain competitive in the market including our 401(k). Labor posters and Covid related signs are posted in our breakroom and entryways to remind our employees to social distance and monitor symptoms. We do prefer our employees take a day or remain working from home if they exhibit any flu-like symptoms to keep our people healthy! We fully reward our hard-working staff and continue to always assess pay to promote pay equity. My door is always open and encourage employees to stop by to discuss issues that concern them.
