      Pros

      Ability to work alone. Various duties, often daily duties change.

      Cons

      Poor management. Commonly have temps, manager at east brady location has tendency to befriend temps rather than be a manager. Also manager communicates some expectations, but not others.

      Easy job, absentee managers. That's it.

      Cons

      Dangerous, supervisors and managers are lazy due to no accountability from their hands off "district manager".

      Pros

      Many intelligent, hard-working people. Many knowledgeable people. Co-workers and people from other divisions will voice support of your hard work. Many managers and directors see what is happening with the troops but are powerless to make it better. Employees care about the clients and doing job right.

      Cons

      Multiple acquired divisions and changes in focus has made day-to-day experience for customers and employees a nightmare. New week = new direction; new management staff every couple months. No stability. "Unlimited PTO" is a lie. Some can't even get PTO depending on manager. Many contractors have been brought in and it is clear they don't care about customers. They are damaging the business.
