Pros

Company is growing like crazy. You might get a lot of unscheduled unexpected overtime, if you are into that.

Cons

Management does not care about team's ideas and if they do, credit will not be given. Under qualified supervisors. Pay is ultra low. Executives seem more focused on growth and not in the internal work. Often trying to save money on the backs of the entry employees.

Small company close group of employees, you get to see a lot of the area you live in and more, stable job

Cons

Ton of work and hard labor, for small pay and barely any help, for years we operated under employeed, was my main factor for leaving.

There are good people that work at Access

Cons

Where to begin. No growth potential, no investment in employees, always hiring outside the organization, disorganized, focus on products that don’t work correctly, want to grow but don’t want to invest in what is needed to make that occur properly, terrible communication, top heavy- hiring more an more high level management but laying off employees. The company is not in a good place and hasn’t been since Rob left. It is a mess with no vision or direction.
