In retrospect, none that are worth mentioning.

Cons

-Shoddy, unkempt equipment and facilities. -Management has unrealistic expectations when it comes to work/life balance. -Little to no effort to improve equipment and facilities. -Two separate facilities, one in Belleville and a blackout (no employees) in Taylor. This lead to unnecessary hiccups in request from a few clients, frequent wasted time ( about 25-30minutes) travelling between facilities.

Great working for a company that leading in it's own niche and sector. Overall a great place to work.

Cons

I did not have any cons however I do wish the pay was a higher with current industry standards.
