Work-life balance is ok here, depending on the client you're working for.
Cons
They promised a "Leave bonus" through official mail chains, saying if employees don't take leave for the last quarter of the year, they will be paid 50k as a bonus, but when it comes to actually processing it through payroll, the leadership team hasn't approved it. Pay, HR policies and tools are below industry standards. Culture isn't great; you won't get any support from your manager for any issues or concerns you have. Performance review is pathetic, even if you initiate a genuine conversation for review to understand where you can improve and where you did well, the manager won't even attend the call. Appraisals are a joke.
