Long term, reliable and accommodating. I’m with Acclaim system since 2010. I started working with them as a contractor in Charlotte,NC. After a year I took full time with them and moved to Harrisburg, PA. Prior to Acclaim, I worked with other companies, even MNC like Wipro, but none has treated me as Acclaim systems did. As an immigrant in U.S.A, my status is very important to me. Acclaim system has very long term projects and has contract with State governments. They have been clean with their contracts, which helps in 100% approval of H1-b, Visa, I-140 or any other immigration issues. I'm emphasizing on this point because for me peace of mind with proper status and not dealing with any immigration related queries is more important than anything else. Acclaim lets you deal with their immigration attorney directly, unlike many employers who abuse the system. Acclaim system aided me when I was in need. They paid me when I was on bench. Best part of working at Acclaim system is their response time in any scenario. I was able to approach Kailash with any questions or concerns and he was very prompt in responding back.
