Too cheap to care about staff and the building

Pros

I was paid well enough. But even that much was below what other companies are paying for a Service Desk Analyst 2.

Cons

The office was so horrible that I was glad to be home during COVID-19. They are too cheap to hire a real cleaning crew. They fired the cleaning crews that actually TRIED to clean the office and then hired a crew that would only take out the trash twice per week. When I was offered a promotion from Agent 1 to IT Analyst 2 they offered me a 25 cent raise per hour. Also, this is the only job that had so many ways to get fired for breaking one rule. There were three ways to get fired for breaking a rule once. I was lucky to last as long as I did.

Terminated for poor performance. Information about Cleaners and promotion is FALSE. Cleaners are actually professional cleaners who take out trash twice per week rather than once. The person terminated was not adhering to company policies and removed. Retention is great on this project and so obviously this person is wrong. The candidate could not perform as Agent 1 and believes he could be promoted to analyst 2.
