Pros

1>Good Wages(Even campus recruiters get 7-8 L/Yr CTC). 2>Drop/Pick up facilty are good. 3>Free evening snacks. 4>Only one month notice period. 5>HR & Admin processes are not much complicated like in big MNCs. 6>You will find most of the people ,whoom you required under one roof. 7>Good for PL/SQL resources as most of buisness logic are in backend.

Cons

1> Job uncertainty. 2> Bad Management (Some fullish non-technical people are sitting in higher management. They treat offshore people like slaves and doesn't believe on the effort we are giving). 3> Lack of transparancy between employee and management. 4> Lazy HR peoples. 5> No scope for technical growth after 1/1.5 yrs. 6> More than 9+ hrs working. 7> Camera phone not allowed in ODC.

there are a lot of smart people that work here. they are always willing to go the extra mile.

Cons

no work life balance is impossible with current set up, and upper management are clueless how to right the ship. HR is power hungry to get their hands into other teams business where it does not belong, it promote childish cry babies. lots of political games here. watch your back..

Cons

HR doesn't respect employee privacy, all females that gossip about confidential information around their cubicles. HR in India makes circles around the "girls" in Tampa. Product is broken and no one knows how to fix it, lost leader. What you are hired to do and what you actually do is so different you will be looking for another job in 3 months. However, if you post your resume to the job boards (Monster, Careerbuilder, The Ladders), the recruiter reports it to HR Manager and then you get called in the office and asked why you are looking (unbelievable). First job right out of school, great; experienced professional, horrible.
