HR doesn't respect employee privacy, all females that gossip about confidential information around their cubicles. HR in India makes circles around the "girls" in Tampa. Product is broken and no one knows how to fix it, lost leader. What you are hired to do and what you actually do is so different you will be looking for another job in 3 months. However, if you post your resume to the job boards (Monster, Careerbuilder, The Ladders), the recruiter reports it to HR Manager and then you get called in the office and asked why you are looking (unbelievable). First job right out of school, great; experienced professional, horrible.

staff are over whelmed, management continues to over promise and under deliver to their clients. work life balance is impossible. i have had 4 bosses in just over a year. the COO continuously pushes the good IT management out of the company. to many projects with impossible timelines. not enough staff. we all wear 10 different hats.
