I worked at Acclaris full-time (More than 3 years) Pros 1>Good Wages(Even campus recruiters get 7-8 L/Yr CTC). 2>Drop/Pick up facilty are good. 3>Free evening snacks. 4>Only one month notice period. 5>HR & Admin processes are not much complicated like in big MNCs. 6>You will find most of the people ,whoom you required under one roof. 7>Good for PL/SQL resources as most of buisness logic are in backend.

Cons 1> No good company for UI/UX guys as it is their least prority 2> To much meetings, sheer time waste 3> Lack of transparancy between employee and management. 4> Lazy HR peoples. 6> More than 9+ hrs working.

1. Architecture team is the best. You won't find a team with such knowledgeable yet humble people anywhere. 2. Solid technical resource pool. 3. Onsite and offshore release team members are a delight to work with. They are helpful in every aspect and you will be able to experiment with a vast range of technologies. 4. Very helpful colleagues(Developers , Testers, Release Management, PE) 5. Friendly HR, and processes are less complicated. 6. Compensation is higher than the market standard. 7. Evening snacks. 8. Gift @ festivities

1. Flat hierarchy 2. You have to gather product knowledge to climb up the ladder. 3. No onsite. As there is a dedicated team @onsite. 4. No Flexible timing (I would have stayed) 5. No work life balance.
