      Pros

      Great remote working environment. Office was also cool.

      Cons

      Very hectic company. Policies and employees change regularly. There were times when there was 50 employees and we had a solid 10% turnover month to month. Not the best product.

      Pros

      Some wonderful people that work at Accounting Seed. The communication from leadership could be better. We recently had a change of CEO which should help hopefully with encouraging a more open, collaboration communication culture and not a top-down approach.

      Cons

      Leadership is not always open and communicative. Product development was not focused on improving report writing but seems to be finally moving in the right direction. This is a lean company -- could be more efficient with a few more people so that current teams are not stretch so thin--especially in Product.
