Products are legacy on prem solutions that are super hard to sell, implement and support. Leadership is a bit lost on how to transition both the products and the business to modern tech and processes

Nice culture when in office. Sometimes cool product development.

Cons

Used to be a lot of acquisitions, which is driven by gaining market share rather than improving the solution set. And with acquisitions, as in most cases, it can and is painful. Good people let go and almost seems random. Reviews aren’t always fair, and what they consider lower performing people are let go like clockwork. Everyone is on edge and stressed. Who’s next on the chopping block could be a meme.
