If I’m being honest, collecting a pay check.

Cons

They’ve hired executives and leaders that have no continuity and no clue what they are doing. There is no way that the leaders of the company are doing self reviews or analysis of themselves, if so, they’d all be failing. They must be dissolving the company because they’ve run off all of the successful people. And recently they brought in some clown from Fortive, who is trying to throw his weight around. Somehow these executives have lost the value of being humble.
