the company is really trying to grow, using some experienced mgmt and some under tutelege of more senior execs & owners company has realized older software apps are ready for the trash and has recently purchased companies with apps to replace them new employee training is available frequent happy hours run by employees good place for a very junior person to get started in tech industry

Cons

customers deployed with older apps trying to upgrade will face a huge effort & cost to do so mgmt seems to misunderstand or to downplay the ugliness being experience by these customers due to dramatic layoffs not much knowledge exists for older apps & even less documentation workloads are excessive while bonuses are decreasing sr leadership team is not inspiring

Its a company that promotes a positive work environment. The workplace is a mix of youthful energy and experience. I believe the company as a whole is going in a positive direction as they invest in talent and reward those that perform.

Cons

Sometimes change happens slower than one might like. Also not sure why someone might not care for the "world class" theme. I guess it could sound somewhat corny, but the the intention does seem sincere.
