      Pros

      Friendly people to work with and lots of experience gained with home repair products .

      Cons

      Lifting 80 lb bags of concrete daily and delivering pine needles, mulch,top soil, ect to peoples homes. Pay at start was a very low 7.50 per hour . For the work that is asked pay should be at 10 HR to start with .

      Pros

      This is a nice little company with good managers and staff that does a good job with team work and do not leave their work for others to do but carry their load. All employees appear to be honest with good work ethic and give good service to the customers.

      Cons

      Not enough hours and a specific employee consistently carries mis-information about fellow employees to one of the owners. This employee is a favorite and uses the method to elevate self in eyes of owner. If favorite does not like you you will never get more than a few hours. It is a shame because it is really not that competitive an environment.
