      Pros

      The home and work life balance this company‘s core values offer, helps its employees so much that you get to spend more time with your family while making great money. I’ve never seen such diversity in the work place. Everyone is treated with respect and care. You are constantly supported and encouraged with positivity! The company also gives you multiple ways to improve your performance. There is a reason we are voted top places to work almost every year. I’ve never seen anything like this.

      Only real con,are system issues occasionally, but they are usually fixed almost immediately.

      Pros

      I have worked here 11 years and really enjoy it! It is a great company that cares for their employees! I love being able to work from home, I love that they care about diversity! They reward their top performers and you can win a trip for being a top performer! They do a lot for the community and they care about people!

      Cons

      I wish the bonus plan at least went to $5,000 in Negotiations.
