      Pros

      Working for this organization has been one of the greatest experiences. The energy is always positive whenever you enter the building and it helps to keep the moral of the employees up. When I had an emergency at home Freedom also helped me out of my situation and just is an awesome place to have a career.

      Cons

      The commission structure and base should be reviewed and fit more to the current marketplace to take into account the changing conditions of the industry.
