      Freedom truly does care about their clients and their employees. The leadership here is absolutely amazing.

      Pros

      Recently I was going through a hardship. I was being evicted from my apartment. Freedom really showed me, a new team member, that they’ve got heart. Truly humbled and blessed. When they say you are part of the Freedom Family, they mean it. Freedom made sure I was taken care of and gave me the money to pay my rent. In this day and age you would be hard pressed to find a company of this substance. Freedom wants to help it’s fellow man. It is with the idea of helping others, they are single handedly helping to get people out from debt and free to enjoy life. The joy of helping others exudes throughout and makes this job satisfying!

      Cons

      The only cons I have come across is a fear of losing control. When clients come to us they are most often in great hardship. Instead of filing bankruptcy they give them a better alternative. The debt settlement program is less invasive than bankruptcy. A client must stop paying a creditor. Creditors will start calling which can be very frightening to the client. Rest assured Freedom has been dealing with these creditors for years.
