Pros

Decent pay, laid back environment. Awesome teammates. No pressure to hit goals and not shackled to my desk. No drama

Cons

No room for promotions, training is lacking, lazy upper management. All of the issues that are brought to their attention is pawned off onto someone else

We always appreciate feedback that will provide specific suggestions on how we can continue to improve our workplace. We are always asking our team mates to provide helpful recommendations that we can implement across the Freedom team. Career opportunity is one of our most proud achievements with 40% of open positions filled with internal promotions. Outlined below are some of the specific development opportunities for our FPlus Underwriting team: • Published career development guidelines on how to move up to the next level to a Sr Underwriter. Program launched in 4/2017 and provides a way for UW employees to work with their leaders to meet the next level qualifications. We are pleased with those who are working with their leaders to prepare for the next move up. • Published new hire training materials, enhanced in Q2, 2017 • Weekly team training/calibration on key training initiatives. Team members present to their team mates to develop presentation skills, a key to leadership development, this rotates from member to member. Thank you for the feedback and if you would like to discuss your development further, let’s connect. Linda Luman, Freedom People Leader.
