      Free monthly lunch Easy Parking Nice people

      Cons

      Prepare to sell your soul to the devil if you decide to work here. The whole business is a sham and they basically steal money from the poor. Long work hours and management will pretend to praise you at first for your hard work and dedication. All that effort becomes an expectation. High turn over rate-- then you have to carry that extra weight due to being understaffed (not ocassionally but all the time) No breaks because you are expected to finish an unrealistic amount of work.

      Parking can be tough There needs to be a work from home/remote location for roles that don't require being on the phones.

      Schedule is flexible, great team, lots of OT, manager is easy to talk to, employee lunches, employee events,(Xmas Party, summer event). I personally had an experience in which FDR helped me and that showed how much they care for their employees. I have been here for over 3 years. BEST PLACE I HAVE EVEN WORKED FOR. ....

      Attendance, but it really did not make a difference to me.
