Business Outlook
Pros
Work atmosphere, the great group of people that work at FDR. The pay is good for what you're doing and what you put in to get the desired results. Monthly lunches are a plus as well as all the good events they hold throughout the year including the Christmas party. Love the Presidents club trips but most of all the real desire of our Co-founders to create a rich environment and truly care about their employees (especially Brad-as we see him more than Andrew).
Cons
Not too much Cons here but must say that the upper management like to keep control of certain things (seating arrangement) that seem petty and not necessary but overall they try their best to accommodate.
