      The staff are caring always looking to be better very understanding. For being a big company they value and acknowledge your worth. As well as there clients. The big plus is I ENJOY going to work. I recently went through the a hardship and was desperate for help in emailed my situation to HR and in less than 24 hrs I was given the help. I was in disbelieve and so grateful. That Moment I thought wow this is another reason why I LOVE MY JOB!!!! Thank you Freedom Financial!!!

      Challenges I would say is being on time. But even this they are understanding if it's not a habit.

      All around great company with multiple departments for sucsess

      Pros

      Great potential for successful sales people. Pick your hours just as long as work your 40/wk. Plenty of leads. New training classes every few weeks because they are growing like weeds.

      Cons

      Ongoing changes, but thats to be expected at any growing company.
