      Pros

      ATS is such a supportive company. After being injured on the job and dealing with some personal issues, ATS supported me from beginning to finish. They did this by giving me time off, reaching out to check on me, and making sure I had everything I needed.

      Cons

      Hours are not guaranteed, however, this is more of an industry issue than just ATS!

      Pros

      Working in this field has so many great days. Is there difficult days? Of course! We work with kids! However, the moment you watch them independently complete a task or skill you taught them that will help in their everyday life is one of many highlights! For someone like me that wanted and works full-time, a typical week is M-F with a few sessions a day in their homes. Each of my kiddos I see at least three times a week. Not already a RBT? Not a problem! ATS provided me with all the resources to become one. Out of the many places I worked, I’ve been the happiest at ATS. They are truly the most caring, helpful, and supportive team. It doesn’t feel like “work” or a “job” at all, but instead being paid to help and teach.
