      Great Flexibility, All levels of management are extremely supportive, Lots of companies claim to put their employees first, but Achieving True Self actually means it.

      Cons

      There are moments where tasks can seem overwhelming but management is always willing to support staff when this happens.

      No pay if client cancels, no sick days, have to accrue PTO

      Pros

      Whenever there’s an issue, someone in the company will immediately answer your questions/help you solve your problem! Also, they offer on the job training for practicum hours for those in a related graduate program!

      Cons

      The work is pretty much on your own, but your supervisor should be available to you should any issues arise.
