We haven't completed tuition reimbursement opportunities, but we plan to soon! Isn't it great to have support and a great work/life balance?! Thanks so much for sharing it with the world! As for the families, we do our best to place staff with families similar in interests, but at times, we may need to restaff those cases. Love Working Here

Pros

-Flexible schedule -Good pay -Lots of support -Rewarding job working with kids -Great admin/supervisors -Seeing positive changes in clients -Working in the home

Cons

-Living far away from an office in my location -Working mostly alone (don't feel super connected to colleagues, but they do have get-togethers and have frequent supervision) -Work environment depends on the child's home situation, sometimes it is great and sometimes isn't, but you are there to support them and the family -Working with these kiddos takes a lot of patience, which isn't necessarily a con, just something to know.

Overall great, some consistent problems

Pros

Leadership is some of the consistently best group of people I've ever worked under. I fee valued and respected. BCs can get materials they need. Admin is reachable and responsive to questions.

Cons

There seems to be a consistent problem with building cases for people that want full time hours. I know multiple employees, myself included, that have been trying for months to get more cases. The reverse is also proving to be true. It is taking weeks to months to transfer cases internally that BCs cannot keep. Lastly, it has has become obvious that local competitors are offering better compensation packages. We have lost multiple employees over the past few months yet ATS has not done anything to create better compensation to keep current employees.
