Pros

Super welcoming, helpful, and considerate company that values consumers and employees before anything else. Management goes out of their way to make sure employees are happy and have access to all the help they need.

Cons

No major complaints. Having to go through a scheduling department for any schedule changes can be annoying but is a very minor inconvenience and everyone within the department is extremely helpful and responds in a timely manner.

The employers really care about you and the work is great! It is very rewarding. It also has great benefits. Very flexible as well.

Cons

RBT training course can be exhausting but it is worth it!
