      Extremely supportive, always available to provide feedback as needed Total transparency and honesty from leadership No “billing first” mentality. Truly want the clients and staff to succeed Great Pay CE reimbursement Positive outlook from leadership Strengths Based Room for growth Mission driven!!!

      Cons

      Working in homes without an opportunity to see colleagues face to face on a daily basis is difficult at times, but leadership at this company really do try their best to promote virtual gatherings and opportunities for staff to interact with one another. They also hold in person team building gatherings (pre Covid times) that I can’t wait to partake in once we are Covid free!

      Pros

      - Paid 40hr RBT training - Reimbursement for RBT exam & fees - Paid drive time from client to client - Chromebook provided for work purposes - Everyone on staff is SUPER responsive to emails & answering any questions - They try their hardest to get you the number of hours you want & you can make your own schedule if desired

      Cons

      - You have to wait 90 days for insurance - Little face to face contact with other employees & management - Little reimbursement for supplies that you provide to your clients - No paid holidays

      Thank you for highlighting some of our greatest perks! We strive to be able to support you even if we can't see/be with you every day! We do have virtual meetings/game nights/ and trainings that you are able to attend to be able to get more "face to face" time with everyone! I hope sometime you can join us!
