      Pros

      Open lines of communication, team collaboration, upward mobility, work/life balance, flexible scheduling, extremely passionate group of employees that care so much for the clients we service, responsive leadership team that truly cares about their employees and their wellbeing. This is the best, most genuine and passionate organization that I have worked for.

      Cons

      Although cliche to say "none", there really aren't any. Any time there is an issue or discrepancy, it's handled right away. Our leadership team asks for and accepts feedback. It's a one-of-a-kind team!

      Pros

      ATS is the best ABA company I've worked for! Their willingness to work together as a team, have open communication and be reliable is a huge bonus. They are passionate, reasonable and understanding when it comes to the families they serve as well as their employees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

      Cons

      Driving client to client (this is a con with doing in home therapy at any company, although I will say ATS is the most understanding company I've worked for and they keep you as close to home as possible)

      Pros

      -Growth opportunities (I was promoted to a leadership position within my first year) -Recognizes and appreciates hard work -Ethical company that puts clients first -Supportive company that encourages professional growth -Good benefits! -Can work from home up to 75% if you're a BCBA with certain insurance payers

      Cons

      I have not experienced any significant downsides. The leadership team at ATS is very receptive to feedback, so any problems I have had (which have all been minor) are immediately given an action plan and worked on. No company is perfect, but ATS really strives to keep employees happy, supported and comfortable so they will try to fix whatever they can.
