      Pros

      Nice foot into the door to learn ABA therapy.

      Cons

      They said they can they have open hours and there’s no further response — feels like I’m talking to a wall. Irregular schedules can be so stressful and the low pay is not that great it makes you super depressed. Not worth it if you want to earn a good living.

      Great People, Crazy Schedules

      Pros

      Awesome coworkers- the office staff are amazing! They're very understanding and friendly. It's really great to work with people who don't constantly complain about their job. They try to fill your schedule

      Cons

      Crazy schedule- may have to work nights and weekends You're at the dispense of the consumer's wants- they can cancel when you get to their residence. You will not get paid for the drive time or the hours you were supposed to work. That's not just ATS, it's the general field.
