      Pros

      Small company, rapidly growing and expanding. Supervisors do a great job communicating information to employees. ATS treats their employees like family making sure everyone is taken care. The CEO does a great job reaching out (via email or phone) to any individual if they need any type of assistance with anything work related or not.

      Cons

      company headquarters are far apart.

      Supportive and helpful administration, opportunity for growth, great benefits, mileage reimbursement, etc.

      Cons

      To be honest, there haven't been many cons that I've come across since working here. One con that I think comes with many jobs is the possibility of a tough commute.

      ATS has great team support, caring coworkers, and focuses on the helping the kids and families. It is a great company to work with.

      Cons

      The field has it's cons, but nothing that can be attributed to ATS.
