Pros

Everyone is friendly and always helpful. The company seems to care about you and how you feel. They check in with you regularly to ensure you are happy and discuss any concerns you may have. Paid training, plus they pay for your RBT coursework and certification!

Cons

If you are entry level, it takes some time to get through the coursework and trainnings. They pay you an "indirect rate" for this which is a little lower than what your direct pay will be once in the field.
