Pros
The individual contributors in general are kind and intelligent individuals.
Cons
The management is utterly abysmal. I cannot express enough the mental abuse that they project onto their employees. Taking a job here was the worst mistake I have made in my career and leaving was the best decision I have ever made. If you are considering a position here I would strongly urge you to reconsider. All I can offer is an opportunity for others to learn from my mistakes and I truly hope this prevents at least one person from falling into the same trap I did.
