Cons

Regionals lie, No justification, if you are not in the click you are passed over, treated like trash. You are constantly threatened, while others sit at home or just don't want to work. Benefits are issued based on who likes who. Don't ask questions. You are expected to just work, work. There is no work/life balance. Part-time hours with full-time work. Biased in the worse way. If you work at this company you will be miserable, with low pay and bad management.
