      Pros

      Schedule yourself and can be easily changed at last minute. Work by yourself most of the time.

      Cons

      No pay raises. No paid time off. No big bonuses. No say when managers are replaced and you lose most of your workload. Yet others complain about losing their stores and you'll lose those but never get your original workload back. If stores harass and discriminate you, you must stay strong and deal with it. Nothing can be done!
