      Pros

      The best experience I had with Acosta group was working in store with certain products and maintaining what I was assigned to do l. I would restock and build display for products and pull from backroom. Would set up tags for sell. It is a great learning experience from Acosta to learn about merchanding and marketing

      The position I had was part time. Not that many hours you can get under your part

      Very knowledgeable leadership, Established and extensive training and resources.

      Cons

      No incentive for entry or mid level other than to go above and beyond in the hopes that you will be recognized. Odds of recognition are good, but the only way to move up is by back filling when someone leaves, hence the reason it is a good "stepping stone" job. You'll learn a lot and be able to take it elsewhere.
