Pros
The best thing I love is the flexibility of working at my time. This is not a 9 to 5 job; I choose when I start and finish for the day. I can work around appointments of a personal nature (Ex. doctor, dentist or for a family member.) If you love to do things on your own without the boss breathing over your shoulders, this is the job for you. I've been working for this company for 13 years. Which is the longest I ever worked for one employer in my 47 years of working.
Cons
The only downside is I will retire in 4 years.
